BUSINESS ACCOUNT
| Data Field | Description |

| Legal Name | Name registered with national or local authorities and printed on certification documents. |
| Business Name | Name for only use in GTB. It may be shorter, abbreviated or adjusted. |
| Website | URL or web address of SCO in http:// or https:// formats. |
| Organisational E-mail Address | For general business communication. Do not include individual staff e-mails. |
| Organisational Phone Number | For general business communication. Do not include individual staff numbers. |
| Brand Names | List of brands owned by SCO, available for public access. |
| Membership | Member of any GOTS founding organisation. |
| CB Internal ID | Business ID generated in Certification Bodies’ system. |
BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

| Public Contact Name | Main contact person for GOTS-related matters. Name will be publicly available. |
| Public Contact E-mail | Main contact person for GOTS-related matters. Name will be publicly available. |

| Organisational Contact E-mail | E-mail of contact person for clarification of compliance issues related to GOTS. Name will not be made public. |
Type of Registration ID and Fixed Registration ID are automatically populated based on API integration.
