SC Error-2010: Invalid Subcontractor Relationship

Scope Certificate (SC) rejected due to invalid or missing subcontractor relationship. The subcontractor does not have a valid relationship with the principal SCO of the related SC.
 

How to Fix It

  1. Log in as a CB Admin.
  2. Go to Organisations > Supply chain operators.
  3. Choose the relevant SCO associated with the rejected SC, hover over its System ID and click on Show details.
  4. In the screen that follows, go to More lists > Subcontractors.
  5. Check if the subcontractor SCO exists. If not, add missing relation and link it to the principal SCO.

After you have created all the necessary subcontracting relationships proceed with issuing the SC.
